Our villa has 2 double bedrooms and a family suite in the attic with a king-size bed and twin beds. It sleeps 8 guests.<\/p>\n

The enclosed garden lies in the middle of a vineyard with an outbuilding and shaded terrace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Is the villa suitable for wheelchairs?<\/h3>\n

There are no specific wheelchair-friendly fixtures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What’s the nightly\/weekly rate?<\/h3>\n

Rates are subject to season and vary from 240-400 Euros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Is the villa child-friendly?<\/h3>\n

We provide a high chair, cot, board games and outdoor toys.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dogs and cats are allowed. \u2028Fees per stay: 50\u20ac.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Do you provide any extras?<\/h3>\n

Mandatory cleaning: 150\u20ac per stay.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Where is the villa?<\/h3>\n

La Maison du Clos is in Vertus, a village with a population of 2500 in central Champagne, in the C\u00f4te des Blancs 20km south of \u00c9pernay.<\/p>\n

When you reach Vertus from \u00c9pernay, follow signs through the village to Berg\u00e8res les Vertus. After the main square and roundabout, turn right after the primary school and continue to the black gate at 17 Rue de la Fosse le Loup.

          What are the house rules?<\/h3>\n

          Where to park<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • You can park 1 or 2 cars on the villa’s driveway in front of the house.<\/li>\n
          • You can also park for free on the street.<\/li>\n
          • Please ensure you don’t obstruct access to other houses on the street. If you bring your own vehicle to the villa, please take care not to damage the vines.<\/li>\n
          • \u2028You can park your vehicle in front of the front door at the villa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Keys<\/strong><\/p>\n

            You will be given your keys when you check into the villa. Please inform the owners if you lose the keys.<\/p>\n

            Check-in and check-out <\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Check-in: 4pm-7pm. Please inform Delphine of your arrival time the week before your stay.<\/li>\n
            • Check-out: 10am if you check out on a weekday or 12pm if you check out on a Sunday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Please contact the owners to discuss check-in or check-out times.<\/p>\n

              Inventory<\/strong><\/p>\n

              Delphine will show you around the villa on arrival and provide you with all the information you need for your stay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

              Do I need to pay a security deposit?<\/h3>\n

              You must provide a cheque for 1000\u20ac after the inventory at check-in. Your deposit will be returned in full or in part the week after the final inventory subject to any breakages (supporting invoices) or lack of maintenance as detailed in the “Maintenance” paragraph<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

              Bed linen and towels are provided:<\/p>\n

              Please remove bed linen and leave it in the bedrooms when you check out. There’s no need to make the beds as we inspect the mattress protectors and pillows when you check out.
              \nPlease put used towels with the bed linen in each bedroom.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
